Honestly, I didn't know what to expect because I was visiting from NYC and had some mediocre food in Colorado but this really knocked it out of the part. We wish we had a My Ramen & Izakaya in South Boulder! The rice bowls, ramen and pork belly bun are consistently authentic and delicious. We were spoiled by the outstanding Asian food when we lived in SoCal for two years but this is even better because it's in Boulder!

I've been back a few times and the ramen is really just the best in Boulder! The broth is so flavorful compared to any other place I've been! I've started to like the atmosphere where the servers get you everything you need and then just leave you be to enjoy your meal.
